Mike dean is the referee for match semifinal league cup between Man Utd
and Man City. City win 2-1 n one of teh goal is penalty.
He awarded Man City penalty when Rafael trip Bellamy and it "OUTSIDE" the box.
Graham Poll(former FIFA referee) tell Daily Mirror about the
decision of Dean is wrong. This decision make Man Utd and supporters
unhappy and very furious. It should be freekick outside the box n Man Utd
deserve it but sometimes referee is wrong
about decision. Referee is human n human also make some mistake.
